Mirage Systems' patented GPSAR 3D Underground Detection and Imaging System is composed of 2 critical parts:
- A mobile portion which contains an ultra wide band Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) sensor that operates in Synthetic Aperture Radar Mode combined with a differential Global Positioning System (dGPS).
- A mobile or fixed data processing facility for signal processing and the generation of images.
